"I appreciate working at CallTek Center for several reasons. Firstly, the compensation is competitive, ensuring I feel valued for the work I do. Dislikes

I don't particularly have any significant dislikes about working at CallTek Center. However, one area that could be improved is the process for taking leave, as sometimes it feels a bit challenging to navigate.

...est advantages is the permanent work-from-home setup and flexible shift timings. CallTek also offers double overtime pay and 20% additional pay as night shift allowance. Management is supportive, and the work environment is professional yet comfortable. The opportunities for learning and growth are significant, especially for those willing to take the initiative.

So far, I have no major dislikes. The experience has been positive overall.

... Network Engineer. Its work from home also able to manage my work life routines. For the OTs we get double paid, good night allowances along with competitive salary. Our efforts and performances always gets appreciated. Colleagues, Team leads, Managers and HRs are experts in their areas always ready to assist. Training process is also well. I would like to recommend it further as a well organised organisation.

-No work life balance, they will call you at anytime -They don’t care about you. -No Salary increment based on performance, they give as per Indian inflation rate -If you do certifications company will pay but ask for one year agreement, if you leave early they ask for 20 to 30 % of ctc. -they threaten you for law suits -You can’t take leaves, smartly they will encash evey year - No medical insurance. Simply say we are paying more. -If you take sick leave you need to submit medical certificate or it will be Loss of pay. - If you login 5 minutes late or 5 min early it will be big escalation. - no one cares about your opinion, they have whatsapp group only few can post remaining employees can like to it, can’t respond to it -If you receive offer letter and won’t join they will threaten to pay 5%. Only b grade companies do it and unfortunately this one falls under it. -No JOB SECURITY, they can remove you anytime without notice. -If your laptop is not working, you need to use your personal laptop you can’t take leaves. -
