Everything is good.management will be can improved. And shift planning will be improved. Company 1st ambition is happy employee work place.. but every employee is not happy..

They think if you're not openly disrespectful, you're not doing your job right. Forget about a proper lunch break; if you’re lucky enough to have one, the manager will suggest you talk to the owner about setting fixed lunch hours. The job involves standing all day, a minimum of 10 hours, and yes, the managers have to do the same. There’s just so much more to say, but honestly, words don’t even do it justice."

10th pass students can easily get a job here. Staff room and meal twice is provided by the company. Incentives are good but needs to meet the rating target.

9hours of work timing but it extends to 10-11 hours.
