Work timings are not fixed, shift extends anywhere from 10 - 12 hours. Too much of work pressure.

Whatever I learnt around new technologies that is in Calibo. Awards , Appreciation and collaboration is key factors I see in all leaders and employees also

Policy changes multiple times in year. work life balance is not at level. People are more count of bugs and count of stories rather than appreciation .Late working hours which leads to upto 14 hrs work a day

1. Being its a startup it's undertood to have an imbalance in the work-life, however, going ahead management needs to take care of it as the top-most important thing equal to the customer.
