...ny training procedure hopefully in future it has been arrange by our Management.There are only 5 staffs who gets high paid salary other than everyone gets average salary.But, I must share that here work environment is so good every management staff and our seniors are very helpful to co-operate us.

If i telling you dislike about working at CLC TANNERS ASSOCIATION the point is Job Security and Salary increment which is very common point i think,since it is a Non Profit Organisation.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow
