There is absolutely nothing to be liked about this place. Bunch of depressed people pretending to work together.

...any ruled by British guy, Takes you back in the era of dictatorship before 1947. PF, insurance not paid but gets deducted from your salary. Even though there are just 15-16 employees working, there is no sufficient number of computers, headphones, softwares etc available. Not even single HR policy in place. Forget about appraisals, bonuses, reimbursements, or any money above your net payment. For ex-employees there are no FNFs done till date, you may spend rest of you lives following up with no response from management. Employee problems are never heard, never solved. Employee welfare, employee benefits, work culture is a joke here.

...ct planning and execution. 7)No proper monitoring or follow-up on work progress. 8)Employees receive only their net salary, which is also at delayed dates. 9)Full and final settlements , PFs, Performance Bonus have not been paid to any employee for the past two years. 10)The MD does not keep promises made to employees. 11)No responses to emails regarding employee concerns. 12)No structured leadership or decision-making process.
