Starting from office location , management, Salary, food availability . Every thing is worst than any other. Management will keep on experimenting on you . They still learning the management strategy not good in that.

To be honest, I didnt quite like anything about CAE.

CAE Inc. is quite possibly the world leader in simulation training, although the company is quite employee oriented in its base ( Canada ) cant say the same about its other locations. Especially India, where i believe it could be the worst experience in ones career to be a part of. First they will completely make you useless by making you unlearn most of the common softwares used in the tech world ( making it close to impossible ) to find a job after you leave, on top of stripping the individual from his/her software knowledge, they have the audacity to pay its employees a yearly raise of 2000 Rupees or 30 $. All this on top of a corrupt management who get away with their yearly raises and bonuses and enjoy their vacations, while the employee who works hard to keep the projects rolling in doesnt get anything in the end. I have to admit, everywhere i have worked there have been issues, there always will be. But Stay away from this one folks.
