There is nothing to like about CADTECH.

...ed to mention reason. If you are ill, you need to submit proof that you are ill. For the new joiners please ask them salary structure, leaves, bonus, incentive Daulat always pressurized you to work more than 12 hrs without any incentive & without any compensation. CADTECH never supporte his employees even don't care about employees. They pressurized you for billing hours specially Daulat.

Good work environment and infrastructure. You need not to wait for more responsibility. Individually focused on Your ability and capability. Overall very good working culture for fresher's to get experience upto 2 to 3 year. You will get opportunity to develop your career in various domains and software's. If you work here definitely you will be a multitasker. Team mates and colleagues are co operative and supportive and very friendly working environment.

...ting support while we are on-site in other companies. Struggled for our TA & DA. Company PF contribution and our bonus cut down from our salary. Developed team is sent to other companies and we need to develop another team for in-house projects. And it is never ending cycle.

Good for the freshers to take initial experience in multiple domains. Healthy working environment.

Dislikes

Each and every small decision taken by Director. Admin, HR are only chair holders. Very slow career growth. You will get experience not the knowledge. not relevant people hired for relevant responsibility.
