... pay if you take more leaves as there will be only one leave credited per month. No hikes even if you ask them no response but they never be late in crediting salary to your account it's like 100% they will credit your salary on every 7th of each month.

...ompany about the project extention, contract Extension. Allocation of project. There is nothing like bench if there is issue with client side to update your time sheet, even then you won't get you salary on time after pre intimation to HR. Policies: They are maintaing best company policy as per company laws. 15 hours working with no extra working hour pay. No leaves. You won't get to know how many leave you have how you can apply because there is no induction polices. They will manage this thing according to your time sheet. If your time sheet is filled with 9 hours then it consider as working else LWP. The best thing is holding salay. If you working never make plan on your salary. It's tentative it may be come on time or not you can't sure. If your maintaining good financial records in terms of investment, loans, paying rent, expenses, make sure you have enough bank balance to mange. Don't have words to explain..

Before working make stamp paper agreement for your salary/of/esi changes because they can modify anytime without prior inform to you.

They changed~reduced my salary, cancelled pf&esi without notice to me.

Since I can't give zero stars, gave the minimum. Don't join this company. This is one of the worst places for engineering services. They won't even respond back when your contract got closed. They don't have any clear hierarchy to approach reg the employee's grievances, communications and requests.

In one line, don't prefer this company if you're planning to switch. It's not worth it. But if you're having a long gap or some other reasons not to join any other companies, then you can pick. No proper communication to the employee once you're onboarded. But you'll get continuous calls if you delay to get approved your timesheet from the client. When you call back, they won't even give a damn. They will add a lot masala and attractive words while recruiting. Don't believe. Because you can't ask them to prove right. If they say something, we'll have to believe that. That's general. But I don't know how do they get the nerve to literally lie about it.

Actually I am old employee of cadmax ..that too my favourite company. With the same respect if I came back to work again at cadmax ..they are not recruited me ..that made me gone disappointed ☹️😞
