... pay you 70%-100% hike as well....but be prepared to make your life terrible....Cadila is worst employer so be careful don't get lured by such salary hike. You will only regret after joining. Management has no vision, Senior management is like a boneless creatures.

Everything --- except few colleagues. Inhumane & Crazy - CMD .. haven't met in person but heard from many. CMD Son : For everyone in the Company it will always remain a mystery and skepticism about his intention to run this company. Seen him on 2-3 times in Office, feels incompetent to run this company in future. Always surrounded by 1-2 person seems his household staffs. Human Resources : Nonsense and shrewd. HR consultant : Job Solutions, A one Recruiters, works will collusion of HR head Johnson Mathews. HR Head has many harassment allegations levied by female staffs and was also caught red handed. Any Staff who has raises questions on him is retrenched. CFO: In Finance & Accounts functions across BU all knowledge and sound person has already left / now what remain is garbage and those who has recently joined. Two CFO has resigned in last 6 months. And new CFO who has recently joined seems to started looking for job. CEO: Jawed Zia and many others who have recently joined at their own terms and conditions and with the hike of 80-100%. They are here till the time they find better job. 100% fact. Canteen : Slight better than average In the nutshell, DONT JOIN CADILA - a MADHOUSE.

Only Compensation is good & Free Transport.

Dislikes

Improper work allocation. Unethical removal of people and even transfer. Recently HR guy was transfer to Finance and vice versa. No job security. Can get fired any day even after 25 years. No role or help of HR. Choose the company as last resort.

There is no job security. HR does not inform about employee policy and it keeps on changing. HR also does not accept Notice Pay amount from outgoing employees and do not support outgoing employees at junior level. Needs lots of imprpvement

Salary is the only thing you get at the time of joining. Rest all is not at all good. Keep this Company as last priority if you dont have job and need to join urgently.

No job security. No HR management. You can get fired even if you are a star performer. Lack of learning, no innovation. No growth. No training.

If you want to learn and want Work life balance at the same time then it is perfect company for you.

If you want good salary and secured job then it is not possible here. They will give you the salary you want on papers at the time of joining. But later on they start deducting it. And you may be fired anytime.
