Salary is scam .. they mention in salary slip 7-10k extra abd they dedhct those money by saying Tax deduction. Too much money scamming by management. because of job security employees are not reacting to it.

Very supportive teammates, training provided is good, different project experiences, well exposure to working tools, process, management strategy, yearly appraisal are good (25-30%), little bit politics found everywhere, work environment is smooth, health, self time, friendly, work life balance is well (depends on individual). Managers are supportive. Onsite travel opportunities completely depends on your project and client. I like the employee re-hire policy here. Too fun with colleagues from different cultures.

Dislikes

Starting fresher salary is not attractive ( though good appraisals can't make a big effect), with more responsibilities/position there is no hike! Work pressure is very high sometimes, have to work 10-12 hours. No overtime money.

The management is very friendly and support from them is really good. Great work-life balance and no work pressure. I really enjoyed my 3 year of my work experience here.

-Starting salary is low. -There are no extra benefits for employees.

Likes

Easy to travel as it is located in a good place. Work pressure will be less that too based only on how the team leader’s character is! And will have many shops and hotels nearby which are very easy to approach for intervals.

Dislikes

No job opportunities for other manual domains as only WDM is there. Salary is not appreciable which is very low for freshers compared to other competitors. Low exposure in projects as not able to learn other aircraft manuals projects. Once got selected you can’t able to change the team even you don’t want to work in selected team. No assured career growth and also salary growth.

Likes

This is very nice organization. Infrastructure have been developed drastically. Liberty is there to some decent extent. Appraisal is very good. Here everyone is like family. Overall 1000 employees are working currently.
