Exposure to American way of working. The project is a landmark project.

...verseas employees. No formal appraisal or increment-everything is discretionary. No benefits like LTA, Medical, bonus...Wages are on a per hour basis (even for Engineers). Working is from 07.00 to 19.00 with 1 hour break and 6 days a week. No work life balance.

Likes

Good work atmosphere and culture, teammates are good and well encouraged.. There is huge restaurant for staff and labors.company policies are good appraisals are wonderful.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary not sufficient

Caddell Construction is a good company but in collaboration with Enka for USA Embassy Projects they need to look into there collaboration because the culture and respect which Enka provides to other national except a Turkish people is vey poor and discrimination is done when it comes to provide basic facilities like housing, HR Policies and work culture.

Dislikes

They need to take grip on USA Embassy projects and since they are the main contractors they should have a strong Project Manager and organisation. This finding comes into account when I was working in my last project at Bahamas as QC Arch engineer, even working hard and giving my best I was made to resign because the Enka Company which is working with collaboration with Caddell don’t value hard work and dedication and only give priority as per nationality

I'm very happy to work with (caddell construction) and with US people and turkey People's. I tried to learn turkey also but I learn only basics of turkey. It's very happy to work with them I like there designing if New US Embassy And Consulate company of visa ofc. And I can say that they r really excellent y because our India people will see the education but US and Turkey people r seeing the talent. When I went for interview I said I'm btech discontinue they said we need a talent person I impressed there.

Dislikes

I have the problem with timings no one cant do the work like me y because the timings are mrng 8am to...... Why because there is no end of the work. We have to do the work at least 11hours with workers and later we need to work for over time
