USELESS FORMATS AND MEETING CONDUCTED BY THE MANAGEMENT. ALMOST 6 TO 7 MEETING EVERY MONTH CONDUCTED BY THE MANAGEMENT. INSTEAD OF FIELD WORK MANAGEMENT GIVING PRIORITY FOR USELESS MEETINGS.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policy are good appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

... give less incentives. They ask us to work in entire city without any boundries. Salary and DA is very very less. No salary increments, no confirmation. We have to carry stock. High politics, the worst company even I ever heard. I never suggest anyone to join this worst organization rather you work as swiggy delivery boy.

The organisation is very cool and calm . When I go to market I fill to be proud about products are result oriented which give me lots of confidence infront of doctors ,invironment is too good and coperatable with new comers and junior also .worklife is not very suffocated here it's might be good .

I think there is not too much chance of career growth and personal development overall salary and appraisal is slow .

Nothing to be liked in this company as the MD is an alcohol addict which is know by everyone, doesn't makes any difference to any one very abusive, doesn't have respect women. He have bought few pets for his entertainment includes Jitendra Jha, Mahesh Patil, Mahesh Gupta few more whoes job is ensure that MD is being licked in morning, afternoon and evening. Yes off course I am venting out my feelings here to keep the readers away from the getting trapped. It is know to the pets that even if they like they are abused but do not have spine to stand.
