Working in the private cabinet has let me account a lot on myself. I have acquired many skills and medical knowledge. It is my own cabinet and I have no boss and I am the boss of myself. This is some how the advantage in the private. When in the public a boss can create you troubles even though you are an excellent physician.This is why it is somehow secure. I am fully satisfied about the very good health service that I offer to my patient. As I like such practice which has let me discover new diseases and some uncommon ones. I am happy of the advancement of such practice during years. As I like such patients' confidence in me as a physician and show both appreciation and responsibility towards this. That is why I always want to do more for health and medicine and evolve in my career. I hope to find such middle to let me do so. Also I have worked in parallel in the hospital as a physician in the emergency. As I have followed a training and obtained a master in echo cardiography with my own money and at my own initiative.

Dislikes

The number of patients varies a lot during the year according to the seasons and holidays. So my income( the annual financial recipe) is very instable and insufficient.Also most often what I have earned in high season(03 months/year) lets me just cover some of the low season fees(09 months). Such latter rise each year. Then I have no benefits. That is to say I do not earn my life easily and sufficiently . Especially according to my Algerian colleagues who practice in the private, that most have a stable income and at least an average income(financial recipe). Also it is according to my competence too. I am more experimented than most of them and I possess all the needed equipment and even though I do not succeed in normalizing the number of patients that are supposed to use the health services of my cabinet. That is why financially it is very insecure. Also I do not evolve in my life.
