The management & HR policies are worst there no standardization. Even the same designation has no equal policy. It can vary from person to person. They never consider their employee's opinions. Managers here are only to assign work, but they can't decide their team members' performance well or bad. They are like robots.

If u r starting career, then just spend a year here, as formality to get stared up.

Too many issues and internal politics. salary is less. Too much work pressure. Not supportive managers. Forget the life and just work. I won't recommend joining it.

Had on-site opportunity earlier but due to covid on-site opportunity is not available had wonderful time working onsite in c2l as a business analyst u have to configure product as per the requirement

less compensation at onsite very few knowledgeable personnel present as a result u have to take help of development team while configuring product

If we work in that due to some of we left that company they said they give salary for present days after submitting asset they give excuse bad not paying anything. It's worst experience.

...agement, HR and their policies are the worst in the industry. They are inhumane. Even the salary is below the industry standards. They think that their HR practices and policies are the best in the industry, but it is the worst. They never consider their employees’ opinion. No lateral transfers allowed. They say their is huge growth, but the growth is negligible. The management and HRs are least bothered for the employees. And they are very rude. Worst company ever to work for. Don’t go for this organization if you have any other offer in your hand.
