Good place for young engineers. Perfect place to gaining knowledge. No politics. Any body can prove themselves by their talent. C2C gives right opportunities to such persons. C2C offers WFH before lockdown announcement. Till some of the employes are in WFH even the projects going on. They are not forced to come to office. Even in Covid situation they are trying to retain the employes but unfortunately few elimination happend.

Dislikes

Salary date not constant. But not exceeded 20th of the month. But now they overcome the issues because they picked good developing path

It is the place where u have to learn lot about piping and it is the right place to develop skills .

Dislikes

Only 2nd and 4 th Saturday will be a holiday, can they change all weekend to holiday otherwise there is no dislikes about company.

All good. Leave benifit and office time are Flexible. Employee friendly.

Think only customer satisfaction. More changes came on project completion stage. But C2C is accept the changes with out additional cost.

I don't want give them even a single star this company recruiters they are not familiar with design also they are partner of this company they don't know how to select a right candidate for the job. They will contact us they will take interview even if you done interview good they will reject you . Because this company partner is recruiting he have zero knowledge. Very Worst company
