It is like work from office Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm after that work from home Monday to Friday 8pm to untill your manager and QA manager have work and ofcourse Saturday and Sunday managers have more important task to do even on public holidays... Unofficially it's 24x7 working....

their working culture, and they don't know what their personal lives are like. They even called you to work at 3 AM, on Sundays, Saturdays, and holidays. And the name of appraisal they have nothing.

This company allows you to travel anywhere within the city with your own expense

The most which I dislike about Czentrix was management terrible management which I have ever seen that if you doing work on your expense still they dont pay out the reimbursement, secondly that company dont have any standard date for salary payout its something we have to ask their head office in gurgaon to check the status of salary, I will never suggest anyone to work with this company.
