...tion through E-mail. The same thing was happened with previous employees also. They will deduct the salary without following HR Basic rules. The business is running with only 3 people, they make employees to resign from work just by holding the salary or just by harassment and without giving salary hikes.

There is nothing pleasant working on this organisation.

Dislikes

No careers growth, company doesn't give training to new technologies. Stinky work culture. Seniors are always hungry for credit and they never appreciated with our work. When asked for hike they asked for performance even you work very hard. Worst management in this organisation I ever had received.

Nothing, just getting paid that is what we can expect from this organisation.

Dislikes

The HR department of this organisation is basically dead. No timely salary increment, no appraisal/proposal. Foul work culture, and no harmony between employees.

In this lock down situation company people are not supporting to employees and cutting down the salaries without intimation . asking to comedown for office without providing any transfortation.
