My experiences are good here. Salary on time, good benefits, sound medical coverage, seniors are cooperating. There were some bad apples. but they have been weeded out. Senior management do not compromise on ethics.

Dislikes

C-Quel terminated the service of one of their senior compliance executive due to prolonged non-performance and after giving several warnings. This is one organization which does not tolerate misbehavior or non-performance. After termination this guy trying to malign C-Quel by absolute false allegations and unfortunately misusing this platform to take revenge. his confirmation was also delayed because of behavioral issues. I would request our MD to take some actions against such unscrupulous guys. We all know the kind of support he got from C-Quel when there was a tragic event in his family. Some people are so mean and ungrateful. Despite so much support and affection he couldn't change his behavior and improve his performance and writing nasty and imaginary things against such a great organization after losing his job.
