Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some time I have to work 12-14 hours in a day.

I think the best thing about CPR Distributors Pvt Ltd is that this company treats all its employees equally and all the employees working here live in discipline which the customers who come here like very much.

There is little publicity of the company due to which customers are not attracted much due to lack of correct information.

Job security is good if you do your work properly then all is good when you join forget about your friend's social life, family work-life balance is very poor, the main worst thing is sometimes you have to work for 12 hours, especially when any festival here it turns to be in 14 hours. Rest all is good

I achieved my target many times but I had not found my increment last 3 years. If company gain profit we are not partner in profit but when company get some loss I am the partner and my incentive will be deducted.

Thise company is very unique ...and different type of work. Owner is very eco frendly and staff rules and regulation is following high reliabile and high quality product and goodwill maintain
