...th the work pressure. Work life balance is a challenge as its 6 days working Leave policies to be reviewed as part of salary will be deducted when EL/SL is taken.

Likes

Working with the company is family like comfort and challenging. Some of my likes are Good Salary (paid on time - never got delayed during my service), Good environment, Neat and Clean work place, Support and helpful staff, Very good leaders, Training is provided online and offline, Smart Uniform and good, smart and tough management.

Dislikes

Not many dislikes actually except the leave policy during COVID times is tough and leave encashment is not eligible for all. No overtime payment but additional leave credit is given.

Company with an old mindset. Hollow work culture standards. No phones allowed. Strict working and lunch hours. Increments depend on MD's will. Salaries deducted without a transparent justification. Every work is urgent for 365 days for MDs but ends up creating havoc in work processes. Unnecessary projects given to designers. Designers treated as puppets. Designers are shuffled to stores accross Bengaluru regardless of distance and time one wastes to travel. Micromanagement and not trusting the employees. Worst HR policies. All lies. No transparency in policies. Management doesn't realise the fine line between multitasking and giving number of wrong jobs to an unfit employee. Salary is given much lesser than quoted. Unrealistic targets set by management.
