...botage career by mailing or contacting your further employers if you leave them. There will be no salary increments forget about that.

Poor work culture and management. Promotion and salary hike is depend upon the mood of chairman. Old faculty getting less salary than new faculty. Job security is very less and faculty retention is horrible

I am Jena Section Officer in marine department i have left the job as i not liked this institute very bad university lots of work pressure single handedly managed every works no leave nothing and students are giving money to pass exams. Mr S.K.Ahmed he is very rude taking money to pass the students in exam.

Nothing is good in this college. No benifit to work here . A very bad experience I have . No salary growth .. no job security.

No job security, any time terminate the faculty without any reason, torture the faculty and hod by principal management and chairman of college. Self satisfaction is zero.

Likes

A good organization values its employees, but this is not the case here. Individual level HoDs are good but many time they feel hopeless from management side. You will never feel you add value to the organization from the point of view of management.

Dislikes

Teammates are always cooperative, so was HoDs. On paper many things seem good but not inside. Decision making is largely centralized with no consideration from supervisors.
