It is nice to work, there is no job security, and there is a lot of politics, but there is a lot to learn, the salary is a little low, they need to increase.. the rest of the company culture is good.. I am happy.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given new joinees

The company is open for Career growth and learning throughout the working period. I love the working environment of the company, with good experience employee. The company is open, for innovation with good training practice.
