It very difficult to deal with him 5) salary is very less there even employee who works there for continuous 15-20 years he getting salary below 20k. 6) Director and your Senior make your life hell . Here abscond rate is very high because you have to serve 3 month notice period in that period your life is hell you can't bear stress for that long time. They make sure either you have bear this stress or you abscond on your own. When you abscond they send people to your home . 7) That senior Dipan Choksey intentionally make your simple task in to hard task and time consuming My suggestion to everyone don't work here it's hell. It's better to take some more time and find somewhere else. Even after reading this you thinking to join then Congratulations you are idiot .

There is nothing about like The Director Mr. Dhiren Seth shout even on you small mistakes. He use word like IDIOT, DUFFER, DONKEY and any other word. And it's not about one day but you have listen everyday. He will never respect you calling idiot duffer, donkey, mental case in front of everybody is really disrespectful. You have to say sorry multiple times everyday to your boss. They can transfer to any department according there requirements.

...o wait even 2-3 hours just to give work updation to your boss after 6 o'clock. 9) Employee working there having very low salary. 10) No future, No promotion, No respect, there is nothing 11) You can not leave early even not in medical emergency 12) He throws paper on your face.

I worked at C. A. GALIAKOTWALA & CO. as an Accounts Assistant. I faced significant challenges due to the management style of Director Dhiren N. Sheth. His micro-management approach made it difficult for me to work independently, and he often focused on minor mistakes rather than providing constructive feedback. Additionally, he consistently expected employees to work late hours, which affected work-life balance. Furthermore, I found the CA Dipan to be inefficient, causing delays in tasks. The HR representative, Gunika, seemed more interested in supporting the director's views rather than addressing employee concerns.

Dislikes

Office environment is very toxic, the infrastructure looks like its 100 years old too much paper work. A printout is taken for everything even for emails printout is taken large quantity of paper is wasted on a daily basis. Company is micro managed by one individual only employees have no freedom. Management is very pathetic and doesn't respect employees at all they expect you to work even on holidays and don't accept no for anything. Please don't even apply for job here and look for normal workplace.
