If talking about the compensation then survival is also tough if you are single earning member of the family. Internal politics is way too high,new people do not stay in this company for more than max 5 years or else are made to leave if joined at senior position(upper management) The fixed,upper management is way too rigid even after the takeover of Siemens so no new cultural changes have taken place after the takeover. And at the end of the day is all about compensation This is the worst thing anyone could ever imagine.

I learn here to develop the vendor, proper documentation required while approving the supplier selection. Quotation evaluation Sheet, Negotiation with suppliers, etc etc

Salary expectation and promotions is not as per the expectation. Only HODs are getting bonus.

Good work environment and culture treatment are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't addrour issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

Salary is not as per the industry trend . Most of the experienced employees leaving the company due to no revision in salary.

Dislikes

After taking over the Siemens, working environment is not good, they are not taking care old employees and neither revising their salaries.
