Hi, I recently got selected as SAP Consultant in EY GDS,I have overall 3.4 years of experience and relevant experience in IT( SAP ) is 3.2 in XYZ Technologies and earlier I worked in (Non-IT)Byjus in Sales for 2 months and came out from Byjus without proper releiving. I applied in EY GDS with 3.2 Years relevant experience and I didn't showmy Non-IT experience in resume and Candidate Information sheet which I filled during Application form. Now I have proper documentation from Current Company ,I don't have proper documents from BYJUS & the same is reflecting in EPF Service history. EY GDS recently Initiated BGV process through Digiverifier and asked me to fill experience details, I filled only current company and I didn't fill Byjus.Anyway Digiverifier will access my EPF service history, Will my BGV pass or fail ? or Will EY asks for any clarification and will allow me?

The working culture is worst in byju's no matter how much skills u have they don't give any value and even in weekofs you have to work and especially a best place for mental torture & demotivation hub, I would recommend not to join in byjus if u want a growth or best career, I have seen so closely and if we complaint that our manager is torturing us, even hr's can be take any action. they just saving ourselves for serving their long time, its better to work in scaler rather than in byjus. 0% skill development. and u have to work from morning 9 to evening 12 or sometimes it could be next day 2.

On time salary. Every body gets the salary on time but EOD work life balance is important that is not really in the company. Medical benefits is good.

Byjus is truly the worst company in india, it's work culture is bad and there's no work life balance at all. I have worked 15 days straight without any break even though it's mentioned It's 5 working day job, my manager forced me to work. Not only this the work hours last from 12-14hrs. Yes they do force selling of product to customers. They lie about the pricing, they lie about scholarship, heck they even ask us to proclaim ourselves as teachers while calling. These might be sales tricks but they are still unethical for my preference.

Nothingggggg I really request people, this is a genuine review, don't ever work there Have no job rather to work there

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail
