BYJU'S is one of the best edtech companies to work at. One thing that I love the most is that the company takes part in many social activities. Being someone who is into working towards betterment of society, it is a privilege to work with BYJU'S to provide better education to all the students.

Salary package is little less when compared to other companies.

The best thing about BYJU'S is that they offer us the best on-the-job training. During these regular training sessions, we learn a lot, which is amazing! I have been working here for a while now and can see myself growing personally and professionally.

Sometimes, we are asked to work overtime without the necessary pay.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Dislikes

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

Management and seniors behaviour where worst means, if I say that today byju's is surviving any type of conditions any type of typical situation just because of the management and senior behaviours and nothing else.

Please do not join Byju’s at any cost, it’s a sinking ship held a float by smoke and mirrors there’s nothing good to say about this company.

... you’re expected to do work even over the weekends - Lot of internal politics - No appraisals or pay hikes - Terrible tech stack / work
