It is one of the best companies in India to work for. The work atmosphere, work life balance and compensation is really awesome. Lot of negative words about it have been spread, almost all of which are false according to my experience. I really love the way this company stands by its employees in times of trouble and supports the employees professionally. I really love Byju's and feel for it from inside since I am the one who genuinely knows how fake are the negative hype spread about this organization.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

To be honest, Package for BDA position is fabulous for fresher, apart from that Growth & learning depends on the efforts you put in. As a beginner there is lot to learn.

Dislikes

The BDA position is best for candidates from non-technical background. Obviously, In sales work load is quite high as compared to package. Rest of parameters varies from person to person like office environment, Colleagues, Manager etc.

Work life balance, You are a number than a human being, no job security Unless you are hospitalised or almost dead company has no policy for your bad times simple explanation will be given deliver or resign

Promotions will not happen according to their talent. It happens only when the employee is having good relationship with the reporting manager. Frankly to say adjustment.
