I Like the Managers and their supports on work.

Belive the company untill you are in the organisation and never trust them once u come out, they promised me on layoff they will send one month salary but they deducted huge month and i was paid very very less.. and when I reach out them there was bunge of deduction. With no reason. I scared that should i Go for legal assistants.

...d the best Xplore team till date, very relaxing and professional environment. Leaves and salary on time and arrangment for employees are too good, from snacks to break

Rumours and onboarding process which is too lengthy and time consuming

no positives here .proper desk job no work-life full of politics in the media department

...and no new learning and in case of increment manager will decide about your pay. (salary will be RS 22000as fresher in byjus media)

Much of the staff percentage are yougsters. Good work culture great teamwork etc. You will meet the best people who are really good at what they do and can learn a lot from each other ofcourse. The Boss and CEO Mr. Byju Ravindran is one of the most respectful person Ican think of. Office has a moto that employees are also in the learning curve and think out of the box ideas are celebrated.

Dislikes

...in . eg a person applied in motion graphics was given a seat in print design. Referral bonus for new employees are often promised by HR But never really provided. You Wait and u wait so they will come up with an excuse. Compensations are not the peak in relation to the extra effort you try to put in although if you are are looking for a safe haven and comfortable job position this would not be a problem for you.

On time salary. Work pressure is ok.

Dislikes

Promotions will not happen according to their talent. It happens only when the employee is having good relationship with the reporting manager. Frankly to say adjustment.
