Realizing that the company, even after having so many students, is struggling to pay the salaries. I always believed that the revenue itself should be enough to pay the teachers and the tech support.

...ty, bonuses are based on your performance as a salesman instead of as a teacher. Low pay and it's impossible to have a conversation with management. 0 off days officially. If you want to earn more, work on weekends.

Apart from minimum guaranteed salary, it is quite difficult to get higher pay, as it solely depends on a lot of parameters, not on experience.

Managers are highly skilled they motivate you periodically, cooperative work culture. If you want to grow in EduTech than this is the best option out there.

Work culture is very aggressive which results in high pressure environment leaving you exhausted.

the company gives a lot of opportunities to women, who took a break in their carrer. their flexible timings is a great advantage, where we can manage the family chores and children studies.

our job is not at all secure, we might get terminated at any point of time.. but can regard as a temporary job/ pass of time in our free time
