No job security , if the Chinese don't link you they terminate without even a single reason, no salary hike for last 4years & no promotion, no employee recognition. No colleagues support everyone is waiting for time to sue you. Habe to approval from for All appropriate requirements & production needs, even for stationary materials. Chinese will ask for best product at lowest price. But they'll not follow the same in their products. They will always look for an opportunity to sue you, That's maybe in India only. Hope not all the facilities around the world.

Food can be improve.. Managers Behaviour worst..🤬 Some distance is there.. Worst Response for Manager..

Very worst infrastructure Office washroom also door big holes in toilet doors He never spend money for floor cleaning mostly we only spend our own money for company cleaning of floor not clean Chinese treated us like a street dog Holiday if employees working he not providing food and transport for less than 100 peoples so we only want to give money for Our employees food and transport
