Overall company infrastructure, salary is good and HR admin easily access, transport is ok.

Food and rest room very worst.. very cheap politics in team, superior officer have low knowledge, anything is happening they simply saying BYD culture... No one ready to change that culture... In TRC department supervisor and section leaders have no brain..

...vailable for the next shift (i.e) shift b they will be asking you to continue...with no salary for the overtime. Poor food quality. Drinking Water availability and the restroom hygiene(worst than the govt bus stand restrooms)is the worst. They expect you to work more for the less salary (15,800)(typical Chinese mentality) To increase the production, they started keeping 12 hr shift and they agreed to pay for the extra hrs. No transportation facility. Bus will not come after Tambaram stopping. So much of internal politics and harassment of employees takes place The most funnier part is they may ask you to work on Sundays also.

Byd Electronices such a Good keypad mobile panal manufacturing company it was very enoyable days when working period 1.5 years but unfortunatly company closed at 2014May due to Nokia plant closed i did powerfull technical learn from that company good pay and hike travel satisfication from city and many positive things having in the company disadvantages nothing.
