Bond signed fir 3 year is not good at all. The VP is very bad and don't relieve you untill compensation of bond break. Very bad experience with the company.

Work timing is quite flexible and individual responsibilities are given, which is focused on the development of leadership attitude in person. Seniors are cooperative and always open to scientific discussion and innovative ideas.

It is a very healthy and open work culture. New ideas related to work are always welcomed. It provides new opportunities for learning and outbox thinking which are beneficial for career and company.

Not a good organization for fresher. No skills will be developed as the organisation itself is in development phase. No professional culture. People are more interested in personal life of the employee. It's kind of saas bahu serial inside. Please don't fall for prey.

Nothing. The company has no work, If you want to sit daily here without any work, then it is nice place to work. Here recruitment has done not on the basis of knowledge but on the basis of salary and bond, if you are ready to work here in 10K monthly and with employment bond of 3 years, then this place is suitable for you. Here interviews are conducted for not selection, but for knowing the process and work details of other companies.

Dislikes

The company has no HR policy because head of RnD team played the role of HR. Note one important thing that you face here in RnD department, if you resign from this company, the company will not give you experience and relieving letter and also hold the salary of last 3 months. In one word, nothing is good here.
