- Alternate Saturdays are working here. - They provide veryyyyy lowww ranges of salary - Work culture is not like IT companies. Here you'll find a very old, tranditional culture so overall it's very bad. - job security is 0. I was fired in 1 day because I refused their proposal of transferring to other office. So basically they wanted me to shift there in one day and it is not possible for anyone to shift to a new place in just one day. So I declined the offer and in return they fired me without any compensation or salary and also I still haven't received experience letter

..., mostly government projects are that's the reason your shift time is not fixed. Company given the salary every month of date 17th. Worst company, Worst management and very unprofessional manner for IT people. I suggest anyone can join this organization before checking everything.

Delayed salary, many of the employees are uneducated who sit on higher level, sometimes it became reason of frustration for talented employees.

BVG treatment of the vendor is nothing short of a nightmare.Despite receiving services, BVG consistently fails to pay vendors on time or even after prolonged periods, leading to financial strain and harassment.This unethical behaviour not only tarnishes BVG's reputation but also reflects a blatant disregard for the hard work and dedication of Its business partners,

I have been working for past three months and didn't received salary of August and half salary of September. HR Rinku at janpath office is paying no heed to my problem and they are also not releasing my arrer which is about Rs 30,000.
