I like the work culture.

..., mostly government projects are that's the reason your shift time is not fixed. Company given the salary every month of date 17th. Worst company, Worst management and very unprofessional manner for IT people. I suggest anyone can join this organization before checking everything.

Delayed salary, many of the employees are uneducated who sit on higher level, sometimes it became reason of frustration for talented employees.

BVG treatment of the vendor is nothing short of a nightmare.Despite receiving services, BVG consistently fails to pay vendors on time or even after prolonged periods, leading to financial strain and harassment.This unethical behaviour not only tarnishes BVG's reputation but also reflects a blatant disregard for the hard work and dedication of Its business partners,

I have been working for past three months and didn't received salary of August and half salary of September. HR Rinku at janpath office is paying no heed to my problem and they are also not releasing my arrer which is about Rs 30,000.

...an't be written in short....crores of rupees of company....they have looted..... Check there salary....and there properties..., Company should note this...... Working is affected....and also the name of Company...

Nothing to dislike.....but every six months....Zonal managers And regional manager... district Managers... assistant district Managers.... should be transferred upto 600-700 km...so that smooth working....and monopoly of these managers ends....
