Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. You will get enough room to show you existing skills as well as to develop new one.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. You'll feel it if you work their for more than 2 years. No job security, if you have done mistake you'll be easily get fired.

Company doesn't follow any ethic or compliance , will not pay salary on time always crying on financial problem, not sure about getting F & F settlement and PF after resignation very bad experience with BVG INDIA LTD. Company culture is strongly belive in butter policy, a person having buttering skill will sustained here.

Delayed salary, many of the employees are uneducated who sit on higher level, sometimes it became reason of frustration for talented employees.

BVG treatment of the vendor is nothing short of a nightmare.Despite receiving services, BVG consistently fails to pay vendors on time or even after prolonged periods, leading to financial strain and harassment.This unethical behaviour not only tarnishes BVG's reputation but also reflects a blatant disregard for the hard work and dedication of Its business partners,

I have been working for past three months and didn't received salary of August and half salary of September. HR Rinku at janpath office is paying no heed to my problem and they are also not releasing my arrer which is about Rs 30,000.
