Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

The company timing and salary is good,but if you are an engineer and looking for the technical job this is not the place,If you are willing to work with excel sheets just entering the data and clearing the workers bills this is the place.The discipline has been disappeared here,nobody comes at a proper time.About work also ,Nobody has passion towards their work.

BVG pvt ltd is a good manpower company more than employees are doing in this company side and this am also doing Supervisor in pmssy hospital its a good experience on this company salary also in time payout to all employees but now covid 19 duty we ll doing n some employees also but salary's late payout ....I like this company culture...

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work for 14-18 hours straight in a day while on centre visits.

I never liked working for BVG because there was no responsibility towards their employees, no salary on time, they didn't even do the complete settlement as promised and didn't even bother collect the ID card they hd issued...very poor
