Everything. If you are a fresher don’t go there to ruin your career. Its not a good place for you. You deserve much much better place. If someone is experienced want to settle down then its a place for you.

No discipline, you can say it's a Lala company. They hold your appraisal and lack of professionalism. Management is really really bad, micromanagement is there
