It's a wonderful place to get experience. Management is very helpful and supportive. The organization provides very peaceful environment and motivates the interns as well as employees to give their bestand expand the horizons. Overall it was an excellent journey .

If you have a tendency to work towards helping Customer and Satisfying what they have to get. Then it is best place to work. They Develop CRM and ERP for Macro and SME Sector and also Develops Customize Software Called as BPM for Top Level Managers and Owners of Organisation to maintain their Organisations intact. As an employee talking to Top Brass of people is a very difficult job. Only Employees with highest IQ level and Knowledge can do it. The company does not provide adequate skill training as they are still trying to find candidates from colleges to meet their demand. Experienced Employees of other companies who are developers don't have any exposure to outside world. They are in cocoon and find it difficult to pass out in their job interview itself. If confronted with top brass to help them in understanding their requirements it is a flop show and they fail. Juinors find themselves in a fix.
