Freshers can learn more. They never supported me during COVID 19. I don't get salary either. I asked for remote work or change of department. They never approved it. I've been struggling to get another job with this experience. No scope and growth.

If you know someone at higher level you will get a job and salary you need. Or else even if you're a campus recruit they treat you bad.

Compensation is decent, but growth is low. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work more than 10 hours. Usually you will not suppose to go by 6.

Company is good but satisfaction is not up to mark market activity is very poor, if company wants to achieve his goal then first up all he believes your teams and give authorisation to take decision for market reached.

Work environment is good, food is excellent in gandhimathi appliances. The manager sanmugavel is very good personality in his own manner. His management is excellent. Production process takes place on time every time. Good colleagues, good salary etc...

Salary growth is slow. Heavy duty. 12 hours work.
