Nothings is good. Its very bad experience with me. They are just disgusting.

...lidays/ if i have sleekness i did not got any off days / if i late for one day. If i late for 1day he was cut our salary . He always force us to leave the job. if we say ok sir then give us our resignation letter or experience certificate he told me that ' no just go , I did not give any one offer latter or resignation latter, '. Even if we said ' customer have some issue right now, he will pay tomorrow or after 2 day's' sir told us to force CM at any cost need payment today other wise leave the job right now. All time Mr. BIDHAN NANDI & SUVANKAR DAY treat us like a dog . All time they are threats us for cut the salary or hold salary or fired us. Am continue 5 months working here we have no call recording system or dialer . I know its a private job but how is this possible that they have no offer latter no ID number no ID Card. Am sorry to said but this is i never expected that from Bussan auto finance Indian pvt. ltd. I will leave this job 30th May. I will never suggest for Bussan finance job. Thank you for listening me . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is good. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The Company Has Given Full Salary During Covid-19 Lockdown Without Any Cut Where Anothers Big Companies Are Cut 20-30% From Emmployess Salarie. Bussan Auto Finance Alao Gave Bonus and Increment For Alegible Employees. I am so lucky to Work Hear Since 4 Years. I Pray For Future Endevour Of The Company.
