They never release salary timely and I left that organisation two months ago but till now they do not release my balance salary of 2.5 months . I request them several time but now they ask me to take NOC properly , whereas after submission of my resignation I had served 20 days notice period . On my last day at Burnpur Cement I asked them for my NOC , but then also they refuse and ask me to continue 2 months notice period .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.There is too much false commitment to the dealers by management.

Its an Integrated Cement Plant. After i joined the company as an Junior Engineer , I learnt a lot regarding Electrical Equipment and Instruments and its Application in Cement Production Process.

Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?
