I remember the quote found in linked in "dont pray to get the best job, pray to work under the best manager." Fortunately i was blessed to work in the best place (Burjeel hospital). Unfortunately with the worst manager who dont want his team members to grow in careerwise😀

It is a Multispecialty hospital of private sector provides medical facilities to variety of nationalities

There is huge malpractice and doctors are forced to do unnecessary procedures and lab and radiology investigations. Doctors are over burdened by work and all departments are understaffed
