Nothing to like, it's a 3rd class lala company, poor mindset people working at leadership roles, these people who are heads of different function in this company won't even be hired as sr executive in a reputed company.

They will not pay your FNF, no value to employees, it's like a shop not a company, never join even if you get double hike on salary, be unemployed for few months but never join there.

Good thing is that there to take any work decision freely without any pressure. At this critical time means of lockdown they support nothing not giving the salary or not any security of job continue or not.

I have been working at this company since FY 2020-21, and last year, there was a change in management. Since then, the new leadership has been terminating employees without notice, creating an environment with absolutely no job security. I would strongly advise against joining this organization under the current management. The new leadership seems focused on removing long-term employees and replacing them with their own selected candidates. Moreover, if someone chooses to leave voluntarily, they are subjected to threats and insults, including warnings of damaging their career prospects. The workplace culture has deteriorated significantly, and I’ve personally witnessed senior employees, even at the VP level, being terminated without prior notice or explanation. The situation for female employees is even more concerning, as there is a clear lack of respect. In one instance, an HR professional had to resign after filing a harassment complaint against a fellow HR member. The working hours are extremely rigid—if you are even one minute late beyond 9:45 AM, half a day’s salary will be deducted. Additionally, they do not process full and final settlements (FNF) properly. And if anyone dares to raise concerns, they are publicly humiliated and verbally abused in front of the entire office. This company’s culture has become toxic and highly unprofessional.

There is so much nepotism inside the company if you are , relative of senior management you will get promotion asap, and you got appreciation from everyone and even get higher salary hike.

There is nothing to like. Finance Team's Culture is worst. The Finance Head is very egoistic and shouts at employees in front of everyone.
