...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary ,No hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Burger King is a very big QSR brand. There is no problem in terms of work in Burger King, the only problem is in the payment. The employee who is promoted internally is paid less and the one who joins from outside is paid more. They make you work overtime but do not pay for it.

Actually I am college student for a like this job for good skills and salary ok but my Destination shift manager is not getting extra salary from burger King that' seet..

Given more salary hike to hire People from other company , but not Given correct salary who deserve that position or salary

...in the role you join in..post that very rare opportunity to develop new skill. Good Salary & appraisal. Nice colleagues, One can get good exposure to all stream of a business since, cross functional team engagements are there.

There's no Work life balance. Job Security is okay okay.
