Teams treat each other like family, look out for your well being and the company's well being also, Training was basic so I caught on fast pretty fast. The working environment was always kept clean and the safety of both customers and employees came first at all times. traveling to work wasn't an issue for me, mostly because I was compensated for it and I would get a ride home on late shifts. My work-life was good though I would have preferred to have a set day off instead of it rotating every week.

Dislikes

The salary is far below average and I know that they can do better than that. And they require so much effort and to put in double overtime for little or no money. They focus mainly on the mistakes I made than the actual work that I accomplish far beyond the time I was given, my efforts always go unnoticed and the bad overshadow's the good that I do.

In Burgerking they doesn't give any pay if the work load is more . In burgerking the managers doesn't keep any housekeeping staff for cleaning ..they told to their staff to clean the place , tables of the given order , and they also force to clean the washrooms even to females also

Burger King is a very big QSR brand. There is no problem in terms of work in Burger King, the only problem is in the payment. The employee who is promoted internally is paid less and the one who joins from outside is paid more. They make you work overtime but do not pay for it.

Actually I am college student for a like this job for good skills and salary ok but my Destination shift manager is not getting extra salary from burger King that' seet..
