Good work and culture teamate are supportive and the management is transparent company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year.

There are lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue

Burger King is a very big QSR brand. There is no problem in terms of work in Burger King, the only problem is in the payment. The employee who is promoted internally is paid less and the one who joins from outside is paid more. They make you work overtime but do not pay for it.

Actually I am college student for a like this job for good skills and salary ok but my Destination shift manager is not getting extra salary from burger King that' seet..

Training, Quality of product , help full other department , and POSH policy are followed very strictly

Given more salary hike to hire People from other company , but not Given correct salary who deserve that position or salary
