Initial salary offered is good but then forgot everything.

Salary increment is very less and sometime no increment. Work life balance is like hell. Management is worst and they fire someone middle of the day and ask not to come from very next day. People are also not following IT culture and very rude to each other.

The management of the IT department, including the team leads and managers, is subpar. The team is largely composed of individuals from Bihar who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and work etiquette. There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. The work culture is toxic, with employees expected to work around the clock under the guise of deployments, leaving no room for personal life or professional growth. While the company itself is good, the people and their mindset are a significant hindrance.

It’s a good thing to do job but senior officers are like feeling they came from other planet. There is no support from the supervisors and managers. You have to handle all the work which related you. One thing I have to mention integrity team person head was very terrible very very worse behaviour to the employees Anyway learn to alone Bye bye Bv I will never join this type of company

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is good. There are some people are old their work is others what working they are doing integrity head was very horrible person even they can’t listen your words. What they said that is final lot of ego is there.

... are many unethical and unprofessional people especially on managerial position. No value for hardwork, no co operation from boss, no increment in salary and poor working culture. Especially there is harassment from bosses without reason, just taking an advantage of their position.
