Overall Excellent. We get all type of knowledge about travel documents, Type of visa and passports, various aspect of immigration in depth and get experience how to detract a person trying to travel on fake travel documents or trying to bypass the rules/system . We always work with soft spoken attitude and keep the security aspect of country on top.

Dislikes

Their uniform is required to be changed to give new look as during course of duty we interact various type of persons /dignitary of various countries. One can say the Immigration Officers at counter is representing the country
