My time as a Data Entry Operator at the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security was not a positive experience. The work culture was challenging, with senior staff often displaying a lack of motivation and accountability. Despite assurances of job security and contract continuity, the environment was dominated by office politics, and professional skills and talents were not recognized or appreciated. There were instances where non-work-related tasks were assigned, such as running personal errands for senior staff, which deviated significantly from my role as a data entry operator. This experience has made me seek a work environment where skills and professional growth are valued.

Feels good to work with different Defence officers like CRPF, BSF, CISF, SSB, DELHI POLICE, ASSAM RIFLE, SHILLONG POLICE etc. learn lots of things like Mock excercise, mock test etc.

Dislikes
