Inexperience senior management team, company undergo too many changes both globally and locally. Unprofessional Environment extremely bad. Low moral values of staff.

I was blessed with great line managers who understood my request on leave during emergency and when I fell sick. Seniors at work were encouraging and gave many tips on work to deliver at ease. Compete training was provided before I start to work. Every year annual training courses was also conducted to update our knowledge with recent techniques. On the whole it was delightful to be a part of Bupa care service.

One thing that was on the negative side is the long 12 hour shifts without definite break time.
